Our Philosophy

About us 

The name "Adoro" means "I worship" or "I love" and embodies our guiding principle. Adoro Hotel Roma was born from the vision of a group of South Tyrolean investors who recognized the extraordinary potential of this place. With great respect for the history and culture of the site – which once hosted a monastic community – they initiated a renovation project, transforming this historic complex into an oasis of quiet rest and mindful enjoyment, in harmony with the nearby Catacombs and the Via Appia Antica.

At the heart of our concept is the principle of "Otium Latino." In ancient Rome, Otium symbolized leisure time, tranquility, and contemplation, in contrast to "negotium" (professional activity). In these hectic times, we wish to offer a precious refuge where our guests can find peace and fully enjoy their time. We see our evolution as a continuous process: a learning organism that develops with awareness. Together, we create harmony, transforming Adoro Hotel into a place of well-being, relaxation, and meeting.
